What we collect
If you sign up for notifications, we collect your email address and (optionally) your name.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to notify you when MEIHIN INDEX goes live and for essential service messages related to that subscription. No third-party marketing, no profiling.
Who processes your data
Subscriptions are handled by Buttondown, our newsletter provider. Buttondown processes subscription data in order to deliver confirmation emails, manage your subscription, and send launch notifications.
International transfers
Buttondown’s infrastructure may be located in the United States. As a result, personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. We limit data collection to what is strictly necessary and rely on Buttondown’s safeguards for international data transfers.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (you choose to sign up, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing).
How long we keep it
Your data is stored until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Your rights
